The Men’s Circle
A Place to Grow, Share & Support Each Other

Do you sometimes feel lost, stressed, or disconnected while studying or living abroad?

Whether you’re a Vietnamese abroad (Viet Kieu), an international student, or an expat — life in a new culture can feel overwhelming. Many young men struggle with:

  • Pressure to succeed but no safe space to talk about it

  • Loneliness and isolation without strong role models

  • Escaping into gaming or social media instead of facing challenges

You are not alone. And you don’t need to go through it by yourself.

What is The Men’s Circle?

A small group (5–8 men) who meet online once a month (Sunday morning Germany / afternoon Asia).
This is a safe and confidential space to:

  • Open up honestly about challenges without judgment

  • Listen deeply to others and feel truly understood

  • Keep each other accountable to small goals and personal growth

  • Build brotherhood across borders and cultures

Why join?
  • Because not everyone has access or can afford therapy — but everyone deserves kindness, empathy, and support.

  • Because speaking out is not weakness — it’s courage.

  • Because together, we grow stronger.
